This place is beautiful in every season. So many things to see and do. So much for families to do, even stay here and enjoy the beauty. We have gas barbecue or a weber with briquettes out on the deck. Also a portable fireplace pit for marshmallows and hot dogs on the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have spices, cooking oil, and cooking spray, drip coffee maker and filters. Master bedroom and master bath on entry-level. Queen bed and a loft with a queen bed in bedroom upstairs . Another loft with two single beds that can be made into a king bed. This is a semi-private space is located in a home 20 min outside of Park City.  You will need a car to get yourself around but it will be well worth it! The semi-private space is situated on 3 acres and has a beautiful lawn and courtyard garden in the summer and depending on the time of year with fruits and vegetables available for picking.  In the winter there is a 6-person hot-tub that provides unparalleled views of the mountains.  There is very little light pollution so the stars shine bright in the midnight sky. In addition to your own private kitchen, there is a yoga room, Peleton spin bike (must bring your road bike shoes), a 65-inch flat screen TV, and games galore to keep you occupied. There is also a cute little chocolate  lab name Moe who will give you no choice but to be his buddy.

The entertainment area includes a BBQ for grilling them up for a healthy meal, and the enclosed yard with a large playground allows the kids to run around without having to worry about them wandering down to the river or the road unattended. There are plenty of summer activities in the area, including dozens of hiking and biking trails, canoeing, kayaking, boating and water skiing at the nearby Jordanelle reservoir. Head the other way and you're on the scenic drive to to Mirror Lake, but don't forget to stop at the waterfall! In early 2017 the cabin was updated with a new tankless water heating system and backup system and has ensured no further issues with hot water. 3. There is no air conditioning in this unit as it is not necessary except for a few nights each year. The cabin is nestled in a sheltered canyon which is often 10 degrees or more cooler than the surrounding area and channels a cool breeze in the summer. We have found that there are only a handful of nights a year when it feels warm, and overhead and portable fans are available for these times. To keep the cabin cool on warm days, open windows just before sunset and close all windows around 10 am and keep them closed throughout the day.

This beautiful log cabin resides in Woodland, Utah at the base of the Uinta National Forest. 8 miles outside of Kamas. Nearby there are many ski and snowboarding resorts, lakes, rivers, hiking and some of the most spectacular mountains on earth. You can snowshoe, fish, canoe, paddle board and more! It is secluded, and away from the city. We have buffalo's as our neighbors! Kamas is the nearest town for gas and groceries, 15 minutes away. Try the famous Woodland Biscuit company for breakfast when you stay! Please follow directions when coming here, as sometimes cell phone service is sparce. The bed room is a large, open, gorgeous loft trimmed with juniper. Keep an eye out for the wildlife! There are big cats, bears, eagles and coyotes in the area. Be aware as the winter months come, that there can be a lot of snow here, so 4WD will be very helpful, if not required. My cat Sampson, who is a mild mannered indoor-outdoor cat also lives here! The Farmhouse is the perfect venue for memorable family vacations, large family reunions, corporate events, holiday parties, weddings, and retreats. The property boasts endless fun and activities for everyone: outdoor firepit, outdoor horseshoe toss pit, massive 12 person hot tub, indoor pirate ship playground, indoor basketball court, billiards table, foosball table, and large private movie theater and perfect hills for tubing in the winter! The lodge is deep cleaned regularly, we have replaced all bedding and towels, and added a professionally installed whole house water filtration system. Each kitchen has a reverse-osmosis water tap for drinking and cooking if preferred. We have also added beautiful landscaping, trees, shrubs and water wise grass. LOCATION Our guests enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, hiking and ATVing nearby at Smith and Morehouse, fly fishing, visiting the baby cows (and mommas too) as well as the other new additions to the farm, picking fresh vegetables growing in the greenhouse. Our location allows you to skip the In town traffic in Park City by going directly to the Jordanelle Gondola, Canyons, Old Town Park City, Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City Ski Resort, Sundance Film Festival, Rockport Reservoir, Jordanelle Reservoir, Weber River, Provo River, dozens of golf courses, and grocery stores are within a 10-20-minute drive, making OTG the perfect launching pad to endless adventures and fun. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath town home in Rustler at Hideout Canyon is your home away from home! Amazing views abound in this relaxing environment and so close to all that Park City offers. A quick 40 minute drive from Salt Lake City (SLC) airport and located approximately 4 miles off Highway 40. **90 day minimum stay requirement per rules of our HOA (regardless of any other "nightly stay" notations or timeline notes within this listing). Plenty of room for a large group or if you simply just want to relax and get away. This town home has been furnished with upscale furnishings since it is mostly used by our the basic things you see in a typical rental unit. We decided to open this up for rental just a few times each year; hence you can enjoy everything we have put into it! Upon arriving into The Rustler community, you will take in the breathtaking views of the Jordanelle lake and the Timpanogos and Deer Valley ski resort are easily seen. Upon entering your "vacation home" you will be greeted to a clean and welcoming environment. The bedrooms have very comfortable king size beds (the same mattresses we use at our home) along with a queen sofa bed in the family room. Bed linens are high end, soft and comfortable for a great night sleep. After a day of skiing or hiking, unwind in the Jacuzzi tub on the patio with beautiful mountain and lake views! Relax in front of the 2 fireplaces located in both living areas. All amenities are available for your use, including free internet and Directv. A large 2 car garage provides ample storage for vehicles, skis, bikes, etc. Deer Valley and Park City Mountain (Park City Mountain Resort recently merged with The Canyons) are both a short drive away. Some of the best skiing in the country is there for your enjoyment; as well as nearby snow mobile trails, cross country skiing, snow tubing. Venture nearby to Utah Olympic Park, site of numerous events during the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympic games. In the winter you can watch athletes from all over the world at ski jumping, aerials, luge and bobsled on the world class track and facilities. Outdoors there are plenty of local hiking trails; you can snowshoe and cross country ski right out the front door. Located a short drive is Historic Main Street Park City known for it's unique shopping, arts and dining. Summers are a treat with the local "Park Silly" weekly festivals downtown, as well as the numerous concerts and entertainment venues nearby. The annual Sundance film festival brings with it the opportunity to see "whats coming" in the movie industry, as well as take time to people watch as celebrities visit from all over the world. Take in a spa treatment then treat yourself to one of the many one-of-a-kind restaurants in the area. For the bargain hunter, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall makes for a great afternoon. You will see the Jordanelle Reservoir from the windows of our town home. This lake is located between the mountain range and Hideout Canyon, making it a scenic and enjoyable experience.
